  • Non-Member – $250.00
    Open to allied health professionals, surgical team staff, and New York surgeons affiliated with our Chapter who have not paid membership dues. Eligible surgeons may apply this fee toward their 2026 Chapter dues.

    Refund Policy

    A handling fee of $25 is deducted for cancellation. Refund requests must be received by mail or email one week prior to the course. No refund will be made thereafter.

    On-Site Registration

    For on-site registration, add $25 to the appropriate category above (available only if space permits–please call first).
