    Whether you are facing different work styles, confusing interactions or outright hostility, this session will equip you with practical tools and techniques to start improving your life at work.

    1. Learn techniques to decrease the stress response that occurs when you deal with a difficult colleague to foster a calmer and more composed demeanor in challenging situations. 

    2. Understand the ways you are limiting your influence and learn strategies to overcome those obstacles. 

    3. Develop skills to communicate more assertively and empathetically with difficult colleagues to maximize the influence you have in an interaction. 

    4.  Gain insights into the common mistakes that people make in interactions where they don't feel heard. 

    5.   Understand what may motivate the difficult colleague in interactions and consider different perspectives that will give you more options for responding in a more effective way.
