    Includes allied health professionals and NY surgeons assigned to our Chapter but have not paid membership dues.

    • Call for Abstracts for Fellows, Resident & Medical Students. The deadline to Submit an Abstract is March 14, 2025.

    • Stump the Experts: Interesting Trauma Cases Residents & Fellows are invited to submit their cases for the "Stump the Experts: Interesting Trauma Cases" panel discussion taking place on Sunday, May 4 at 7:30am.

    • Stop The Bleed Training Session
      Dr. Michael Vella and his team will be hosting two “stop the bleed” training sessions at the symposium. Free for registered symposium attendees. Pre-registration is required, since space is limited.

    • Keynote Address: Update from the American College of Surgeons Executive Director & CEO Patricia L. Turner, MD, MBA, FACS

    • Surgical Skills Competition: We are excited to announce a Surgical Skills Competition! Teams of attendees will compete against each other in a series of timed surgical challenges. The competition will be sponsored by Intuitive/DaVinci.

    • Surgical and physician assistants, registered nurses, office managers, data registrars, medical association personnel, residency program coordinators, non-surgeon physicians, PhDs

    Application for CME credit has been submitted.

    All registered participants will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

    Refund Policy

    A handling fee of $25 is deducted for cancellation. Refund requests must be received by mail or email one week prior to the course. No refund will be made thereafter.

    On-Site Registration

    For on-site registration, add $25 to the appropriate category above (available only if space permits–please call first).
